This is an excellent ab workout challenge called Brazen Fit 24 Day Ab Workout created by a group of ladies who exercise together. It uses a combination of crunches, leg raises, and planks to help you build rock hard abs. The plan starts off slowly and gradually gets more intense the further you get into the program, giving rest days as appropriate. I love this because it’s always great to set a schedule for working out and this is a short workout that can easily done at home, so no excuses!
Remember though, if you want to truly want rock hard abs that look amazing, it’s a combination of working out and eating healthy.
