A Simple Guide to Eating Well

Well here it is Version 2.0 of A Simple Guide to Eating Well. I have been meaning to do a proper update for a while now and finally had some time to do a few things and address a few parts of the original book. It has grown from around 14,000 words to nearly 19,000 and is up-to 55 pages. There have been various amendments throughout the book and a few pretty cool sections added, which I am sure readers will find interesting:

  • Secret Weapons to a Healthy Body
  • The Truth about Insulin
  • More on Fats and Cooking Oil
  • Having a Healthy Relationship with Food
  • Bonus Recipes

For those of you who have already purchased the original, please e-mail me with the name of the PayPal account you paid for the e-book with and I will get a e-mail with the new version sent out to you.

Years ago I embarked on a journey to health and fitness, It all started with an obsession with getting a great body.Ultimately though it left me in search of Health and Happiness. And gave me knowledge I would like to share…….

With time my perspective changed and I become more focused on health and well-being rather than looking the part. Sure it is important and we can all be slim and healthy yet, I have found health is far more important for our sanity and wellbeing than having a crazy low body fat percentage and all the stress that comes with it. I myself have experimented with many diets most at the expense of my health:

  • Eat Less, Move More
  • Standard Food Pyramid Diet
  • Calorie Restriction
  • Paleo Diets
  • Low Carb
  • Bodybuilder style high protein low fat diets
  • Eating 6 small meals a day
  • Intermittent Fasting
  • Raw Foods/High Fruit
  • Gluten and Dairy Free

This has been coupled with extensive reading on the subject of health and fitness in my own time. My main findings and realising how important what you eat can be came at a low point in my health. And ultimately I have realised  “We cannot take more than we give” with anything in life especially our bodies.

I wrote “A Simple Guide To Eating Well” as there is so much information on diet and health on the internet and in books. This can cause a real information overload, further confusing us on the topic of Health and Fitness. Ultimately we all want to be healthy, it is hard wired within us as an inherent desire. Sadly too many people get caught up with getting healthy and they forget to live or their new healthy lifestyle gets in the way of them living life. This e-book is a guide to becominghealthy, feeling good and being at peace with food, rather than a quick fix to weight loss. It is a simple and natural guide that can help you and people you want to share it with find health and freedom.

This book is for all the people who have struggled with their relationship with food, struggled with their weight, burnt themselves out with dieting or are just plain confused by nutritional advice these days. I believe that I have taken the best of what current information has to offer simplifying things and singling out the factors that are causing obesity and weight gain in todays society.

It is a guide to a path that seems to work. It has led me to living a much healthier happier life while allowing me to be full of energy and maintain a healthy lean body. Not to mention working wonders for people I have worked with.

You Will Learn:

  • To Live Without Dieting

What People Have been Saying:

Just wanted to give you an update on my progress….I have lost close to 25 lbs in 6 weeks!!! Thank you for the great publication! I will keep you posted on future weight loss. I can’t tell you how much weight yet I have still to lose, because I am going to let my body decide what goal weight it wants to be at. I am eating clean, healthy, organic (within 100 miles if I can!) non processed food and I figure the process is the journey – the weight loss is the gift!

Sincerely,’ Cheryl

‘The best thing about this book is that it actually teaches the reader how to make good eating decisions, instead of simple telling people what to do. The concept is conveyed well in the proverb, “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach him to fish and you feed him for life.’ – Khaled Allen

Finally a book that strips away the myths surrounding simple eating. With so much being written about diets and healthy eating it can be so confusing to know what is best.  This book strips it down to the basics making it easy to take on board.

Best of all, thanks to your updates, it never goes out of date.

Thanks again, Tony
