Arthritis

The category of arthritis includes osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and arthralgia of unknown etiology. Acupuncture for purulent arthritis is not indicated. Select local and distal points according to the course of the meridians. Use mild to moderate stimulation, electric or manual, according to the individual’s condition. Do not stimulate Ya Men (13, VG 15). For chronic conditions, treat every 2-3 days. Retain needles
